VA Ready is designed with your privacy as a priority.

ALL data stays on YOUR device:

• We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers — period
• Your profile information (branch, MOS, service dates, state) is stored in your device's local storage and never leaves your device
• Your claim list, condition selections, and evidence checklists are stored locally and never transmitted
• There are no user accounts, no logins, and no cloud storage
• Payment for Pro subscriptions is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see or store your payment details
• We have zero access to your data

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT sell your data to anyone, ever
• We do NOT share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do NOT collect your health or medical records
• We do NOT track your location
• We do NOT use advertising trackers or analytics that identify you personally
• We do NOT collect your DD-214, Social Security Number, or VA file number
• We have NO access to your VA records or claims

How We Use Information

The information you provide in the app is used solely to:

• Calculate your estimated combined VA disability rating
• Show you relevant benefits based on your rating and state
• Provide MOS-specific condition information
• Personalize your filing timeline based on your separation date

We do not use your information for any other purpose.

Data Security

• All reference data is fetched over HTTPS encryption
• Your personal data never leaves your device
• There are no servers storing your information

Data Retention and Deletion

• All data is stored locally on your device only
• Delete the app to remove all stored data — that's it
• We retain nothing because we never had it
• There are no servers, no databases, and no backups of your personal data on our end

Children's Privacy

VA Ready is designed for U.S. military veterans and service members. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app and on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
